The Displacement Tracking Matrix reports governorate estimates of IDPs and returnees by round from 2025. These revisable field estimates are not individual registrations and are not directly comparable with UNHCR stocks.

Estimates can change between rounds because of real movement, improved coverage, or methodological revision. The round and date therefore accompany every row, and a difference alone should not be treated as a net flow.
